Kim’s been practicing yoga since 2010 and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher training in 2017 at Windsoul Wellness Center in Tyngsboro, MA. She’s also completed classes through Kidpowerment for Teaching Yoga to Teens and Meditation and Mindfulness.
Kim has taught yoga for kids in schools and for youth soccer teams.. Each session includes stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques players can use on and off the mat to help them be better athletes and kinder people.
Kim offers gentle but energizing yoga classes for adults, offering modifications and variations to make them accessible to you. No experience necessary. All are welcome.
